About the AMP-T2D consortium

The Accelerating Medicines Partnership (AMP) T2D consortium is a collaboration among multiple organizations including the NIDDK, FNIH, Janssen, Merck, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Sanofi, American Diabetes Association (ADA), and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).

The Diabetes Genome Atlas (DGA) resource is a component of AMP-T2D being developed at the University of California San Diego as part of a larger consortium of academic, industry and non-profit institutions worldwide.  The resource is based on software developed by the ENCODE DCC at Stanford University.
